The web photo galleries are username and password protected for privacy. Please check with owner for usernames and passwords! You will need to have Adobe Acrobat on your computer to fill out the forms online. If your computer doesn't have Acrobat, you can download it for free. To contact us, click the "contact us" button. If you want your child photographed as an individual shot, you must purchase a sitting fee coupon at the photo shoot. This $15 coupon is a "sitting fee" but it also entitles you to a $20 credit towards your order- if you order! Think of it as a $5 gift from me! If you choose not to order your prints, your "sitting fee" will not be refunded! Remember- you must purchase a separate sitting fee coupon for every costume change that you want your child photographed. Full body only- No head shots! All orders must be in by deadline of 6/8/2018.
You can order digital jpeg copies of only the prints you ordered. They are the ordered print size and reduced to 72 dpi for the web only. They are not high-res print size files. Also, *NO HAND WRITTEN ORDER FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED! You must type your forms on your computer's keyboard. PLEASE READ YOUR PHOTO ORDERING TUTORIAL BEFORE TYPING OUT YOUR PHOTO ORDER FORM! Any questions? We communicate via secure email only- phone calls will not be returned.
*Some browsers may not allow you to type your forms on your computer. In that event, PRINT form VERY NEATLY BY HAND! We need to be able to easily and exactly read your order form!
1.) You will have until the deadline date of 6/8/2018 to place your order! After that deadline, Burton-Sage will not accept any orders. Any orders postmarked after the deadline date will be returned. All orders will strictly go by postal date. There will be no exceptions! Your sitting fees WILL NOT BE REFUNDED if you choose not to order within the 30 day deadline!
2.) No hand written forms will be accepted! You must type out your forms on your computer and then print out your completed form(s) to be mailed in with your check!
*Disclaimer -Burton-Sage strives for the highest quality standards, but please keep in mind that this is not a custom individual photo shoot and is priced accordingly. Although we enhance the photos to give the reasonably best picture quality we can, remember, this is a mass production with many variables from individual skin tones to the wide array of costumes. Because of this, there will be no refunds or re-prints given if photos don't turn out exactly like you envisioned in your minds eye!
All prints are checked for reasonable great quality before mailing-BUT-we are not responsible for customers putting in the wrong ID numbers on their order forms. We can only assume that what you ordered is what you want. Double check your order!
When you order your prints, you must type it out online (while it's still on your computer) and then print it out when completed. You must mail in your completed, printed out form(s) with your check to Burton-Sage. (Do Not Email Your Completed Order Form To Burton-Sage! You Must Mail It In With Your Check!) You must repeat this process for each costume change and sitting fee you purchased! Mail all order forms in 1 envelope for your convenience.

If you wish to order additional items in the future, you must download the order form and place another complete separate order.
Directions for web viewing and mail ordering:
-Scroll through the web gallery and locate your image(s). The thumbnails will not have an index number on them. Click on the thumbnail to get a larger view and now the index number will appear right above the photo. That's the number you'll need for your order. Write down the COMPLETE number!
-Since you've purchased a sitting fee pre-pay coupon ($15 each) you are entitled to a $20 credit towards your order. Pick out the package that you want to order located on the Official Order Form that you have printed out and type in the index numbers of the images you wish to order (all numbers and letters). You must fill out the entire form. Deduct your $20 credit from the total and send the order form and balance (if any) to Burton-Sage Photography & Video. There will be no more than a $5.00 mailing charge for print orders per household.
- Photos will only be mailed to your house. They will not be delivered to your school location! Allow approx. 4 weeks after ordering for delivery.
The Web Photo Gallery uses "low-resolution" images with a watermark across the image for web viewing only! Don't waste your time and try to print them- They won't come out good.
